Anyone 16 years and older is welcome to book at Immersion Spa, (our manicure, pedicure and hair salon are welcome to all ages).

For our mineral pool, a swimsuit is required. For body services, you can choose to keep your undergarments on or use the disposable ones we provide; you will be properly draped at all times to ensure your comfort. For our pedicures, manicures, and hair salon, you are welcome to wear your street clothes or your robe. If you choose to wear a robe, please ensure you have undergarments on for your comfort and hygiene.

We suggest leaving valuable jewelry at home or securing it in your provided locker during your visit. While we take precautions to ensure the security of your items, please note that the spa is not liable for any loss or theft of personal belongings, including jewelry.

Our mineral pool is not a private booking, so there may be other guests enjoying the experience alongside you. The pool accommodates up to 6 people, but if you have a larger group, we can arrange for additional space. Please contact us to discuss your needs and make the necessary arrangements.

While it’s not recommended to consume alcohol before or immediately after your spa treatment, a moderate amount is generally acceptable. We advise drinking in moderation and ensuring that you remain well-hydrated.

Our spa is open daily from 9:00AM to 7:00PM, year-round including holidays. We look forward to welcoming you during these hours for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge, while day of cancellations and no shows will be subject to 100% cancellation charge. All group bookings require 7 days advanced notice to cancel, to avoid a full charge.

Yes, both locals and non-resort guests are welcome to enjoy our spa services. We look forward to providing you with a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, regardless of whether you're staying at the resort. Please feel free to book an appointment or contact us for more information.

Yes, hotel guests can access the mineral pool for an additional cost. Please refer to our spa services page for detailed pricing information. As a hotel guest, you also have complimentary access to the hotel pool, sauna, steam room, and hot tubs, which are not located in the spa facility.

No, you don’t need to bring your own robes and towels. We provide these for you at the spa to ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing experience. Just bring yourself, and we’ll take care of the rest!
